About Richmond Water Damage and how referrals work
Richmond Water Damage is a referral website, not a restoration company. We publish local guidance on water damage in Richmond, BC and pass enquiries to independent providers.
This site exists because water damage is stressful and people often search in a hurry. Pages explain what is happening, what a provider should do, what drives the price and which rules apply in British Columbia, so you can ask better questions.
When you send an enquiry, we pass it to an independent local provider where one is available for your area. The provider contacts you, assesses the damage, sets the price and does the work. We do not do the work, and we do not set or guarantee prices. Read the referral disclosure for full details.
